For those who are truly passionate about sushi, I highly recommend this place. The menu offers both Traditional Sushi, featuring authentic Japanese-style sushi, and Chef’s Special Original Sushi, which adds unique flavors—both were excellent. Besides sushi, there are plenty of light dishes to enjoy. The seaweed salad, agedashi tofu, and octopus were especially delicious. The atmosphere is not overly luxurious but has a slightly relaxed feel, making it more comfortable. Thanks to that, the prices are also very reasonable.

Now don’t get me wrong this is one of the best places I’ve seen in DC to eat sushi! It’s very good and the atmosphere is great. Staff is really helpful when choosing however my order took a very long time to arrive. This might just be a personal experience so I’m not saying it’s the case for everyone. However of it is it’d be awesome as the final step to perfection to be slightly quicker and more fast paced when taking orders. Otherwise this place is really just great

Lovely spot with fresh sushi. I would recommend the crispy Brussels sprouts, edamame was listed as “spicy” but seasoning didn’t taste like anything. Sushi was great, ambiance is lovely. I would try again!

A wonderful sushi restaurant that is on the higher-end and more upscale than it needs to be. The staff are really nice and the restaurant provides cozy and warm vibes, but the food was on the pricier end. We had their specialty nigiri but found them to not be all too special; however, the winning dish of the night went to their salmon roll with pickled pineapple and basil. Somehow, that flavor palette blew my mind, and I still can't stop thinking about how delicious it was.

Wide selection of creative and succulent dishes. Fantastic selection of fish, super fresh and really high quality. One of the best sushi restaurants I’ve ever been to worldwide! The seared salmon belly is amazing!
