    Took my brand new fiance here, it was really nice to try quality Japanese cuisine and the waiter was super nice and helpful even though we didn't know much about the food. Not someplace I'd come frequently due to the price but definitely worth it for the special occasion. I'd recommend the Sparkling Ten, assorted sushi, and anything the waiter recommends.

    Had a date night here on Saturday 1/4 and it was our first time trying Ten. Our server, Wyatt, was fantastic. He was personable, kind, and very patient in explaining all of the different menu items, which was especially helpful since I'm a little new to trying sushi. The atmosphere was classy yet comfortable with illuminating decor. The sushi was absolutely amazing with such high quality and great flavor.

    The restaurant is a stunningly beautiful setting for sushi dining. The exceptional atmosphere matches the food. At suggestion of server I tried the Ten Hamachi dish of yellowtail with clarified butter and ponzu sauce. It was delicious and exciting. It’s wonderful to have such high quality sushi here in Charlottesville. Thank you Ten!

    Food is good and they’re always willing to try and make me cocktails that they don’t explicitly have on the menu. I like the melon ball. Omakase plate is delicious and is enough for two people.

    Ten, located on the second floor downtown, is a must-visit for sushi lovers. Despite arriving without a reservation on a busy Wednesday night, the friendly staff quickly found us seats at the bar. The rainbow roll and Japanese old fashion were both exceptional. The sushi was fresh and flavorful, and the cocktail was expertly crafted. The prompt and attentive service added to the enjoyable experience.
