I had the most incredible experience at Hinata Sushi! The sushi was absolutely outstanding! fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every bite was a delight, and you could tell the ingredients were top-notch. We tried a variety of rolls, each one unique and delicious in its own way. The chef’s creativity and attention to detail really stood out. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the meal, like the perfect pairing suggestions and the attention to dietary preferences. It’s rare to find a restaurant that combines such high quality in both food and service. Overall, Hinata Sushi exceeded all our expectations. I can’t wait to come back for another unforgettable meal. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for the best sushi in town!

Food was tasty and big portions! Service was a little slow even though it wasn’t busy on a Wednesday night. Restaurant is clean and welcoming. Prices for dinner were a bit high for some items. Lunch menu seems to be more options for reasonable prices.

We had a lovely dinner here! Age Tofu was delicious, sushi was great and fun fruity beer selection. The atmosphere is not very warm with the concrete floors but the service was friendly. Will be back!! Thanks!

Delicious and authentic Japanese food. They get 5 stars on taste, presentation and service. Only suggestion I'd make is to maintain more of the Japanese culture by playing their music vs R&B. Get the Osaka roll. You won't regret it!

We are HUGE fans, have been recommending to everyone and come once a week. Last night was a big miss!! Shortcuts were taken on the crab mix for the Alaskan roll, tuna was noticeable thinner on the Redskin roll. Please don't go downhill like every other failure in Old Town. Consistency builds loyalty. Not going to ding your rating this time. Going to chalk ot up as an off night. We love the Redskin, Rainbow, and Alaskan rolls, highly recommend!!!
