    We were craving Sushi and found Hikari sushi. The menu looked phenomenal. The dishes are identical to what is in the Menu photos. The flavor is rich. The style of rolls is close to the Japanese style. We were looking for something fried, but we couldn't find it. We ordered 2 types of Makis, then a Yakisoba and a Teriyaki. The dishes are all very delicious. good attention. The only thing I didn't like is that the clothes get soaked with the smell of oil. Except that, everything is delicious.

    Fantastic little spot! One of the best bento boxes I have had in a while - had to dig in before taking a pic! Everything was top notch; perfectly crispy tempura, very fresh California roll, hearty teriyaki chicken and wonderful soup. Quick and friendly service too!

    Decent Japanese food that was fresh. Service is good and a decent selection to choose from. We came here for lunch so we each ordered the roll combo, which was plentiful for us to share. Watch for a lot road closures and expect delays. Only trust your GPS if it has live traffic / road closures info.

    Great atmosphere and decorations are only topped by the food. Sounds strange but the onion rings appetizer was delicious. We went before the FC Dallas game and got in quickly and service was perfect. I recommend ordering several rolls and splitting them.

    The combo fried rice was skimpy on the meat (small steak and shrimp pieces) and passable - it's almost there flavor wise but feels like it's missing something. The steak bits were overcooked but the shrimp bits were fine. Has actual bits of veg and egg mixed in so that was great! The yumyum sauce was unexpectedly oily and spicy - not for me but probably not a bad thing for the right person. We enjoyed the baked salmon rolls.
