The bento box was filling. The salmon had great flavor but a little over cooked. The California roll was cut into bigger slices which was nice. I really enjoyed it. It comes with a salad and choice of miso or clear soup. I got the clear soup. This is on there lunch special. The service was good but they don't make substations. The place is a good size and can accommodate a group.

Came here with friends to celebrate the holidays and had a fantastic experience. We chose this restaurant because Benihana has not been up to par as of late and to me, the food at Takashi is just as good. I do wish they had more authentic Japanese drink options (non alcoholic). Also, i ordered the filet and salmon, i hardly got any steak (maybe 5 bite sized pieces), but my friend next to me had twice as much as me and we ordered the same thing so I'm wondering if maybe the overcooked some of mine and gave it to him? Not sure, but it was delicious.

It's not a bad place to try. The rice is really good. I would go back. The workers are friendly, and the drinks are amazing

We wanted to try a new restaurant, and Takashi Bistro did not disappoint us. The clear soup was the most flavorful that I have ever tasted. The salad was good. It had more dressing than I liked. You may want to let the waitress know that you do not like an extra wet (runny) salad unless, of course, you do. The chicken fried rice was wonderful. By the time I got to the Salmon entree, I was full. I tasted it, and it was great, but I was just too full to finish. The atmosphere was nice as well. There was a bar and seating where you could see the cooks as they prepared the meals.

I recently had an exceptional experience with Takashi Bistro that I felt compelled to share. My wife had just given birth to our first newborn child and, unable to leave the house, was craving sushi which she wasn’t able to have throughout her pregnancy. I wanted to surprise her with a sushi boat I walked in and told them I had an unusual request, though startled at first they quickly agreed and were incredibly understanding and accommodating. They listened to my situation with genuine empathy and went above and beyond to help me arrange the perfect surprise for my wife. The sushi boat, was beautifully presented and filled with an assortment of the freshest, most delicious sushi. Each piece was meticulously crafted, and the variety was impressive. It was clear that a lot of care and attention to detail had gone into preparing it. My wife was overjoyed and touched by the gesture, and I have Takashi Bistro to thank for making it all possible. Their dedication to customer service and quality is unmatched. They not only met but exceeded my expectations, helping create a memorable and heartfelt experience during a very special time in our lives. I highly recommend Takashi Bistro to anyone looking for exceptional food and outstanding service. They turned a simple craving into a cherished memory for our family. Thank you for your kindness and for making our celebration truly special.
