🍜Love the food is 10/10. Absolutely mind blowing in flavor and great pricing for such nice 🏯 Atmosphere is clean, well kept and quiet. I like the decoration, but not a lot of "private" seating. ⏱️For such good food the time it takes to prepare is Very Long. If you're in a rush I'd go elsewhere if u have at least 1 hour to burn its a great spot.

I went three different times and we tried different dishes, the food was brought to the table, teriyaki tofu, Then finally, the main course of chicken and rice bowls were served. We all enjoyed the food, but the service was very slow. On the second visit we sat in a booth, it was good until we were accidentally hit by cleaner, during our meal we were sprayed with cleaning chemicals. This was bad, We both had to leave the booth because we were coughing, we told the front Counter People about the fumes coming into our booth, I left the rest of my meal because I felt like my food had also been sprayed. The staff said they would Change the cleaner, and no longer use the one that had us coughing and I met another friend for lunch this time, It was not comfortable, because it was very hot inside the restaurant. The service was quick, the food was good, but I just wanted to leave as soon as possible!!! The Space was just too hot. Several groups of people walking in also commented how Hot it was. New Update: Unfortunately my friend and I believed our issues to be resolved about the cleaning Chemicals. My friend and her husband came to try the food and she told me that they were also Sprayed with Cleaning Chemicals. Sadly We all feel Nagoya House did not care enough about the situation.

We arrived on a rainy evening and had a tough time finding parking nearby. Once inside, we kicked off the meal with braised pork bao, while some friends opted for the pork belly version—both turned out to be solid choices. The ramen menu, however, was a bit of a puzzle, offering little in the way of descriptions. I went with the Nagoya ramen, topped with pork chashu and the three listed toppings. Unfortunately, the broth—made from chicken—was far too light, lacking the richness and depth I was hoping for. Overall, the experience felt a bit underwhelming. The hibachi dinner that my husband opted was decent, like a regular one, but nothing remarkable.

Visited for lunch with my gf during a wednesday afternoon. very nice and quiet inside with good decor. Food was pretty good but Service is 10/10, waitress informed us that they were out of eggs due to a busy night before. Love the transparency and honestly the egg wouldn’t have transformed the ramen. Overall not bad , better than flame ramen 100%. Will be back for amazing service and variety of ramen.

A small local place. I got the tonkotsu ramen and a pork belly bao. Unlike other ramen places in town they use a lot less ingredients in their bowls and seem to focus on quality and authenticity. There were only two additions to my ramen - an egg (extra cost) and chashu pork (free) The egg was over-marinated. Too much soy flavor. Not a big deal though. The chashu pork was very good but they chopped it into bite size pieces. I have never seen this at any ramen restaurant. It's usually sliced. I think I prefer it sliced. The broth and noodles are what matter though. Absolutely the best broth and noodles of any ramen spot in Memphis. The real deal for sure. A lot of other local places have a weird metallicky flavor to the broth and the noodles are too starchy. Both perfect here. I will say the broth is spicier than their guidelines. I have a good spice tolerance and mild was just right for me. If you don't like spicy, don't get any at all. The pork belly bao was also very good - simple like the ramen. Just pork and the bun with some sauce. Cooked perfectly.
