I had an amazing dining experience! The staff was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. The food was absolutely delicious! The Teriyaki Bento box was perfection, and also the Earth Roll was a perfect balance of flavors. Every bite was a delight. The ambiance was cozy and inviting. Overall, I had an unforgettable experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Hana for anyone looking for fantastic food and great service!

I follow this owner and sushi chef wherever they have opened a restaurant in Johnson City. The food is always great but this venue takes one’s dining experience to a new level. It’s classy, it’s comfy and I can’t wait until she gets a liquor license and the bar is opened. I can’t praise the sushi chef enough. I have never been disappointed with his creations. But this sashimi platter was out of this world. Center ohf the platter was an ice sphere which contained mackerel. I have never seen anything like that. He is a master of all masters.

My sushi roll was probably the best I’ve ever had! It was beautiful and delicious! I love that there are so many vegan options. The only reason that the atmosphere wasn’t perfect was because it’s just opened and it’s still being worked on. I’ll definitely be back!

The best sushi I have had in the tri cities! They have a flaming roll, they light on fire at table! So good and neat to see. Just a chill little spot and worth a try. They have some specials on Wednesdays!
