The food was delicious and seating was right away. The only reason I gave a 4 on the service is because the waitress was a little too involved in the conversations we were having at the table. When I'm having dinner with someone I'd like not to have feedback from the staff unless asked for.

I decided to try Ichiban to see what they had to offer. I started with miso soup and a spicy crab egg roll that was excellent. That was followed by a monkey roll with a mango sauce on top that not only looked like baby food but sort of tasted like it too. I definitely won't be ordering that again. The volcano roll was very filling and tasty but the varying temperatures throughout the roll was off putting. The service was excellent and the prices were cheaper than other sushi restaurants in town but the decor matched the price. Overall it wasn't bad but there is room for improvement.

The food was adequate. Service friendly but seemed understaffed. Will go elsewhere for sushi next time.

Burnt spider roll with no sauce, brown furry edamame that was pulled from a mini fridge by the front counter. $41 for garbage that we couldn’t eat. Didn’t feel like driving 20 minutes back there to get my money back. This place is gross and should close.

I'm extremely disappointed. Their sign said open until 2100 (9pm). I arrived at 810 p.m., and I was promptly told they were closing at 830 p.m., and they were not taking any new customers. I have enjoyed Ichiban many times, but after being turned away. I will probably never go back. It is pretty sad to get turned away as a paying customer. I am highly disappointed. I will also pass on to my friends what happened too.
