such a cute spot! We ordered the party bombs and the special party bombs along with a couple rolls like the salmon stinky roll, the mixed mushroom roll, and the brussel sprout bomb. We also got the pork betty which was wonderfully delicious. the cocktails were so good, even my mom who is a cosmopolitan connoisseur loved her drink. The menus were QR code which I was unaware of, but they gave us paper menus upon request. Fish was fresh and well prepared. I especially loved that we were provided with both soy sauce and wasabi soy sauce. Recommend and will be coming back!

Had some delicious takeout from Bozu. Everything was so fresh and tasty. Small but mighty menu. Highly recommend the stinky salmon roll for something unique! Overall would come back and recommend to others. A few things that would make this 5 stars for me: 1. Adding ginger to the takeout orders 2. Separating the soup from the sushi to avoid getting the sushi hot 3. Allowing pickup orders under $20 ($15 is more realistic)

My girlfriend's favorite sushi spot did not disappoint. We really wanted to treat ourselves so we ordered a good amount of food. The pork belly with wasabi cream was so savory and delicate. Thoughtful presentation and the cilantro added some nice peppery flavor to every bite. We then had the ika yaki - sauteed squid with ginger soy sauge and spicy mayo. She was beside herself with this dish and I have to agree. Really enjoyed the spicy mayo in combination with the ginger soy sauce. It was a touch above mildly spicy but went so well with the chewy squid. The vegetable gyoza was unlike any I had before. So melt in your mouth. Not chewy or doughy whatsoever. Again, the presentation was awesome. The lighting wasn't ideal, so my picture doesn't do it justice, but I loved the taste. I'm a big fan of cured mackerel, so I had to try the seared shime saba. I'm not sure the sear elevated the mackerel in any way, but I appreciated the idea. Still really enjoyed this. The sushi bombs, both bluefin oo toro and spicy una, were delicious. Not pictured was the miso soup with enoki mushrooms and tofu. Straight forward but enjoyable all the same. After everything, we only spent around $100. It was the perfect amount of food, though, and I can't wait to go back and try other dishes from Bozu.
