One of the best places for great sushi at a reasonable price. We tend to get the Fusion Combo as it's a lot of food.. 1 salad, 1 Miso, 2 traditional rolls plus 1 of each Type 1-3 rolls. The staff is always nice and friendly. They also serves beer, wine and sake/soju! I just wish it wasn't so bright in there(personal pref), but otherwise A++

Always good sushi and service. We had Yummy roll, baked salmon Teriyaki bowl, spicy tuna, and crunch california. Update 12/21/24: We tried one of the new items which was the Tuna Poke Bowl. It was so good. Of course my favorite Yummy Roll and the New Mexican Roll. Miso Ramen with chicken.

This is a very solid take on American-style sushi. There are lots of fun sauces and toppings. There’s decent variety in the rolls. (I’d recommend their baked Avalanche roll). The prices are really good. The space is super no-frills, but it’s comfortable. If you’re from a city on the west coast or looking for something high-end or authentic, you won’t be impressed by Joy’s, but it’s the best American-style sushi place I’ve found in NM.

Went to JOY'S SUSHI last night for dinner. Most importantly, fish was fresh and tasty. Atmosphere leaves a bit to be desired. Adjacent to the Asian market, it's a small space with limited seating, although there is a small sushi bar. Paper plates, paper cups and order at the counter, i hope they make it 😊 Prices were reasonable.

I sometimes go to the supermarket next door and they were stellar, my coworker tried this place, so I decided to try it too. I’ve been in New Mexico officially since last year and haven’t gotten to eat sushi at a restaurant since, this place is also very good and would very much recommend it to those who come to Santa Fe often. The employees were warm and welcoming, they have a variety of options for you to choose from, and the food tastes great. Hoping to come back soon! I got the Santa Fe Roll. Picture below :-)
