Great spot for sushi! The dishes we had were very tasty and the fish had a nice texture. I honestly was very impressed even with their spicy tuna roll---it's one of the best spicy tuna rolls I've had! Overall decent atmosphere, friendly staff, and convenient location. Definitely a good place to check out if you're in the area!

Great location for a sushi restaurant. The atmosphere wasn’t bad and the food was pretty good. The only problem was waiting for our food to come out. The server only handed our table of 5 with one happy hour menu so it took us a while to decide what we wanted on that and the regular menu. But the over all experience wasn’t bad.

Went to Raku this weekend, after at least 4 years since my last visit, and I have to say their food is still pretty great! Actually it is better than what I remember! The sashimi was phenomenal! It was very fresh, and creamy!!! By far the best I have had recently! The fried eggplant with spicy tuna was an amazing appetizer! The udon and crispy beef were very good too although the beef was a little in the sweeter side! The chilled sake was good as well! All in all it was a very nice dining experience!

This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered the Mongolian beef, and when it was served, it was lukewarm and the beef had a rubbery, unpleasant texture. I told the waiter I wasn’t going to eat it and asked if it could be returned. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the waiter came back with a small plate, took a piece of beef from my dish, and said he would let the kitchen manager try it. When he returned, he told me the kitchen manager said the dish “tasted fine.” Are you serious? The fact that they thought it was appropriate to dismiss my concern by saying someone else liked it is baffling. This kind of response is beyond unprofessional. The food was terrible, the service was even worse, and the lack of respect for the customer was shocking. I left completely disappointed and frustrated. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. 0/10 — avoid this place at all costs.

The sassy roll was amazing, but the other three rolls had slightly overdone rice for my taste. I usually enjoy a Philly roll with avocado, and these were smaller in size than what I'm used to. Overall, it's not the best or the worst sushi in MN. I prefer Akita Sushi in Woodbury. The soup was very good.
