I had a great time at this restaurant! From the moment I walked in, the attentive and friendly staff made me feel right at home. The atmosphere is inviting, with the option to sit by the food preparation area for an engaging experience or in a cozier spot for larger gatherings. I absolutely recommend the Mexican Maki—it’s bursting with delicious flavors and left me satisfied. Don’t overlook the Vegetable Maki either; it’s equally as good! I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

As a West Loop resident, I can confidently say that Sushi Pink is a hidden gem. If you're craving fresh sashimi, creative maki rolls, comforting ramen, or delicious poke bowls, this Japanese restaurant is the place to be. The cozy, low-key atmosphere makes it perfect for intimate gatherings or a casual night out. The fish is always fresh, the flavors are spot on, and the prices are reasonable for the quality. I ordered the Great Pyramid, King Kong, Fire Dragon, and Salmon Lover rolls (perfect for two people), and every bite was amazing! If you're searching for the best sushi in Chicago or sushi near Fulton Market, this is the spot to check out. Whether dining in or ordering takeout, Sushi Pink never disappoints!

Has to be my favorite spot for sushi in Chicago! My go to whenever I am in town. Everything they use is extremely high quality and the amount of care and effort they put into everything is easy to see. The staff there are all kind and make the experience 10/10. I’ve had a few different things off the menu and everything is a certified banger! Would highly recommend them.

Had an amazing experience at Sushi Pink!! Everything is super fresh and presented beautifully. The sashimi dinner was scrumptious, all the slices are fatty, juicy, and tender. We got Coast to coast and 1871 for our rolls, both had layers of textures and flavors that just all blend together so well. Their takoyaki is probably one of the best I have had in the city, super crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. You can just tell everything is made to order :)
