    I call to place an order tonight for my family, the lady puts me on hold (doesn’t even say hello when she answers the phone finally), then I have to hang up. I call back and she pretends she can’t hear me, then when she finally goes to take my order she has an attitude and claims there was no large side of vegetables even though I ordered two of them a few days ago. Food is good but they need to fire that girl. I didn’t end up ordering food tonight because she put a bad taste in my mouth.

    Kobe always delivers on taste and portion size. The only issue I have is with the layout. The drink, dinnerware and sauce area are closely clustered at the main register. It can prove to be very inconvenient for those in line and those trying to get to this area.

    Went for lunch and ordered 2 meals. They only brought out one. Ordered again and they brought out the wrong food, that was for a different table. When asked about it, the front worker caught an attitude about it and acted as if she did nothing wrong. Sat for another 30 minutes waiting and never received the food. Ended up asking for a refund.

    I started ordering then they swap servers/cashiers got my order wrong only gave me half of what I ordered. Went back up there and re-ordered they got it wrong. I didn’t bring me somebody else’s plate. I waited over 45 minutes to get my food and never got it and then the cashier/server want to get an attitude with me. want to get an attitude with me.

    The rice had zero flavor, the chicken, shrimp and steak were tuff and flavorless(literally couldn’t eat it). I received two cups of yum yum sauce and several packs of soy sauce and that made the rice somewhat decent enough to eat. I refuse to pay $18(included a drink) for anything like this again when I was only able to eat the rice. I am very disappointed..
