Having food in this restaurant is one of its kind, definitely. Authentic Hibachi experience. Sushi and Harumaki both tastes good. Highly recommend. I first tried the Wasabi here in my lifetime, king of spice went through my nostrils 😄

Poor service, pretty much forgotten by service staff, seated at a table directly outside the dish room. Very poor atmosphere. Food was okay but items ordered were forgotten and never delivered

My Wife and I joined my Son and daughter-in-law at the Fuji Japanese Steakhouse in Fort Smith, AR this past Friday night. Pulling in we realized from the packed parking lot that we might have made a mistake, but we decided to go on in anyway. To our amazement, they were able to seat us immediately since they had tables for small groups of four like us. (Most of the crowd was with large groups celebrating birthdays and anniversaries, so it really worked out well. Bottom line we had a wonderful meal. The service was excellent and fast, and the food was as always very good. Yes, we have been here before but never took the time to leave a nice review, Now it's done. I highly recommend them.

Best sushi in Fort Smith, hands down. The hibachi girl is always fun and interactive plus the hibachi food is so good!! I usually sit at a table though and order edamame and sushi 😋 the servers are always kind and professional and the wait for your food usually isn’t very long. Sometimes you do have to wait for a table though, which I don’t mind because it’s worth. Something to note, is that before you get seated your whole party must be there.

This being my first visit there, I can’t say I was impressed, especially for the price. The server was the best part of my experience, other than forgetting to bring the soup out prior to meal. The salad was a bowl full of iceberg lettuce, drenched with their house dressing. The dressing was good, but I have had better at other places. The fried rice was just bland, barely warm brown rice, packed together like it was steamed. The vegetables were bland, fried with a batter, and slightly greasy, with no flavor. Steamed would have been much tastier and healthier. The California rolls, let’s just say tasted too fishy for me, but, I don’t like Sushi anyway. The best part of my meal was the salmon, although I have had better. The presentation on the plate was nice, but none of it, I would order again. Overall, for what I got, it was way overpriced!
